Hide under the covers, with this horror cover!
If you’ve followed my work for any length of time you know I LOVE my fantasy art. It’s just great though when I get to dip into neighbouring genres to make some cool artwork. I find myself working in science fiction, steampunk, historical and horror genres which is the case in this horror cover here.
This one actually went through quite a large revision after the initial brief, but I’m really glad we did, as the freaky hand we added (rearranging the composition somewhat) really made the piece. PM Valdez was a lovely client to work with. I’d jump at the chance to work with her again!

I love my job. I’ve always wanted to be an artist working on fantasy settings, creating worlds that give people real escapism and suspend their disbelief.
