Urban fantasy character commissions
I was honoured to be asked by author Steve McHugh to provide character art for his books. Steve was shortlisted for a Gemmell Award for best novel. I’m really pleased with these guys, who should end up featuring on Steve’s merchandise. I’m particularly pleased with the above character, ‘Remy’. A fan favourite, Remy is a kick-as anthropomorphic fox.
Below we have Tommy, a light sabre wielding werewolf! I loved working on both of these pieces. I’ve been fortunate enough recently to take on a couple of ‘character on white background’ commissions that have been really enjoyable, just focusing on them and only them!

Share the love!
I love my job. I’ve always wanted to be an artist working on fantasy settings, creating world that give people real escapism and suspend their disbelief. One of the things I absolutely love though, is the interaction with people who are following along with what I’m doing. Hearing comments, and seeing my work make it’s way around the world makes me so happy!
