I’ve worked with Shaun Horton before. We worked on ‘Class 5’ his alien encounter novel, which was great. I love the way he likes the covers to be close up and have serious impact on the shelf browser.
This time we worked on Hannah, which was a book he had already released but wanted to readdress the cover. We went for a bold red and black colour scheme to give it that old style horror cinema poster feel. The dog tag with the blood drips gives an insight into this cute poodle cross not really being as cuddly as one would hope!
