Jamie took my idea and very crude drawing and transformed it into a front cover any author would be proud to call their own. He was exceptionally easy to work, adapting your vision with his own to put as much life as possible into his art. It was clear he had a strong passion (and skillset) for his work. For anybody currently sitting on the fence, I would encourage you to reach out to Jamie, you won't be disappointed.

I don't think my brief description here will do justice to the quality of Jamie's work. If his portfolio didn't impress you, know that he is the real dael, a professional artist who communicates, collaborates and delivers a product at the staetd price. I've used him for all the art, covers and maps of my epic fantasy series The Rune Fire Cycle and plan to continue our relationship! Know that if he applies his craft to your project, you will be all the more rich for the experience.

Jamie Noble did an outstanding job creating a fantasy map illustration for my high fantasy novel. The final piece captured the atmosphere and tone of the world perfectly, bringing the setting to life in a way that truly enhances the story. Communication throughout the process was clear and easy, and Jamie was responsive and receptive to ideas and feedback. The project was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work reflects a high level of skill and attention to detail. I highly recommend Jamie Noble to anyone looking for a talented and reliable fantasy artist.

Jamie is amazing and amazing to work with! When I saw his portfolio, I knew instantly that I wanted him to create my book cover. We had an initial online meeting, and I described exactly what I was looking for. It was cool to watch Jamie sketch in real time and nail the concept I gave him. He is the type of artist who listens to the client and is collaborative. His instincts are spot on. We had only a few minor tweaks before the project was finished, which he completed on time! His artwork for the cover conveyed the depth, atmosphere, and captured the exact emotion of my character that I was imagining. His art is so eye-catching that I would be compelled to buy any book based solely on his artwork. I hope others feel the same when they see my book.

When I was looking for a designer to create a eye-grabbing cover for my book, one of my contacts suggested The Noble Artist - I'm so glad they did! Once I had looked at Jamie's portfolio of work, I knew I wanted his vision and talent to translate the ideas in my head into a gorgeous book cover. He was very easy to work with, full of enthusiasm and easygoing. Not only that but he turned around the project ahead of schedule. I'm looking forward to working with Jamie again on future projects.

Is a book cover important?
Book cover design is an important aspect of publishing a book. A good book cover can attract readers and help establish a professional image for the book and its author. On the other hand, a poorly designed book cover can turn off potential readers and negatively impact the book’s reputation. Sadly, the old saying, “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”, just doesn’t stand up in a crowded marketplace.
Hi Jamie here! Over the years of my career as a fantasy book cover artist, I’ve put together this really handy guide to commissioning your book cover. Inside it has tips on the process, how to write a great brief for your artist, where to print and how to effectively use your new book cover to market your novel. Grab yours now.

“I was lucky to find this guy. He took the idea in my head and made it into art that surpassed all of my expectations. This is my first attempt at publication and Jamie was very patient with me. I strongly recommend Jamie to people who haven’t worked with an artist before, he knows his stuff and is easy to work with.“
Steve McHugh – Author
“Talented Professional Artist. I’ve worked with Jamie a few times now, and never found him to be anything but completely professional and a joy to work with. He did an amazing job with the cover to my new book, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I thought I’d show a little side by side of a fantasy book cover I made for author L.A. Thompson. After the initial composition sketch of scribbles and silhouettes, I have taken the book cover to the black and white sketch stage (left) and the colour and finish stage (right).
